DR. DANIEL NGMENMANDELLE BAGBIN

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Daniel Ngmenmandelle Bagbin is the Chief Executive Officer of TF Exponential Football Club, a fast-rising football club based in Nadowli in Ghana’s Upper West Region. He has played a key leadership role in the club’s development and its transformation into an increasingly competitive football institution.

Under his leadership, TF Exponential FC has pursued a vision of treating football as both a sport and a business, with emphasis on discipline, organisation, talent development and sustainable growth.

The club achieved a historic milestone in the 2024/25 season, going unbeaten through its 18 group-stage matches before winning all five of its Middle League matches to secure promotion to the Access Bank Division One League. It became the first club from the Nadowli Football District to reach Ghana's second tier.

Dr. Bagbin continues to champion the development of football talent in the Nadowli-Kaleo District and Upper West Region, with the ambition of building TF Exponential FC into a strong and respected football brand.

Leadership. Vision. Discipline. Development. Excellence.
